HS and JH Cross Country Meet-Cape

Be at the school by 6:15 am. We will leave from the HS parking lot at 6:30 am.

We are moving away from our High School campus this year. We will be holding our Cross Country Invitational on the site of Southeast Missouri State University's Cross Country Invitational. This is a 2 loop, flat, all-grass course that should be fast for all runners.

ORDER OF EVENTS: 

We will be running Varsity and JV together in the same race. Varsity and JV places and times will be separated by electronic timers. This will NOT affect Varsity or JV results. Awards will be given as listed below, by JV and Varsity.

                                       8:30 AM  -   Coaches Meeting  

                                       9:00 AM  -    High School Boys  (Varsity and JV)

                                       9:45 AM   -   High School Girls (Varsity and JV)                

                                       10:30 AM  -  Jr High Boys

                                       11:00AM.   - Jr High Girls
