ALL dates and times may change due to weather or any other restrictions placed on the team.
Please note that Districts and State may change. Also, I am using times from last year so, those may change.
Each member should bring the following with them to each meet.
normal running gear
clean, dry clothes
rain gear
extra water
extra mask in a baggie
small hand sanitizer
dry towel
baby wipes
extra pair of socks maybe 2
extra pair of shoes
wet washcloth with soap in a baggie and wet washcloth w/o soap in a baggie
garbage bag for wet clothing
Snack foods such as bananas, peanut butter and crackers, granola bars, sandwich......
Parents and Spectators
Parents and spectators are asked to stay out of the tent area. The tent is for the athletes only.
As a reminder, COVID restrictions may be in place and will most likely be different at each event. Be prepared to mask up if asked to do so.
District Cross Country Meet
We will leave at 1:00 on Friday.

5000 Meter Cross Country Run (3.1 miles)
(The course is located behind the schools. Take the Career Tech Road between
the elementary and middle/high school)
COURSE DESCRIPTION: The course is a two loop course that is flat (25 feet of elevation differential) and
has mixed surfaces (grass, gravel and a little concrete) Start and finish lines are next to each other.
Kilometers will be marked and also the 1 and 2 mile. The course is available for viewing any time.
BUS PARKING: Drivers will be able to drop athletes off at the complex and will then be directed
to parking.
ADMISSION FEE: $6.00 (six years and older)
SHIRT SALES: T-shirts will be sold at the competition. Costs: short sleeve
tee sizes S-XL $16.00 2XL $18.00/Long sleeve tee sizes S-XL $18.00
2XL $20.00
AWARDS: As results become available/approximate times:
10:30am Class 3 Awards
11:45am Class 2 Awards
1:00pm Class 1 Awards

Medals will be awarded to the top 30 place individual runners
